Doctor Appointment Dashboard (Internship Project)
This is a Laravel-based doctor appointment web application with three types of users: patients, doctors, and administrators. Patients can schedule appointments with their doctors, filtering by date and time. Doctors' information is managed by administrators, who can also view patient appointments by date and change their status. Admins can create, update, and delete departments and access system information through their dashboard.
